Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her guidance and determination to improving upon South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) products and services in the course of an engagement along with the company's senior supervisors at a strategic arranging session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the numerous social grant beneficiaries, who excelled inside the 2024 matric exams.
Of the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, symbolizing 81% of the registered pupils during the instruction sector.
These learners realized a commendable pass rate of 86%.
